ALLIGATOR CABLE:
a cord with alligator clips on each end.
ALLIGATOR CLIP:
a metal clip used to make electrical connections.
CIRCUIT:
a path from the source to the ground where electricity can flow.
CLOSED CIRCUIT:
a complete circuit where electricity can flow.
CONDUCTOR:
a material that lets electricity flow.
CONTACT:
where two parts of a circuit touch each other.
ELECTRICITY:
energy that flows through wires and is used to power machines.
GROUND:
where electricity flows to.
OPEN CIRCUIT:
a broken circuit where electricity cannot flow.
PORT:
an opening in a device where a cable can be plugged in.
SOURCE:
where the flow of electricity begins.
USB:
a type of port and cable that connects to a computer.
